About Me
I am a Painter and Illustrator born in Chicago, IL and raised in Wisconsin, with a Fine Arts degree in Painting and Illustration from the University of Wisconsin River Falls. From a very early age I've shown a love for art and creating; always loving to work with my hands. Throughout my early education and college years I had continually pursued my desire to master my craft and grow as an artist, taking every art class available to me. Throughout my academic career, I have developed an interest in many fields within the art industry working with a variety of projects in different mediums. Some of these interests include tattoo and logo design, clothing design, muralist and street art, web design, children’s book illustration, and teaching art to others.
After graduating with my degree in 2020, I began an unexpected, yet incredibly fulling role as an education guide at the River Falls Public Montessori Elementary School. While in this role I had the honor of teaching general education and creative learning to young students between ages 4 through 11. This experience taught me so much patience and understanding new perspectives in educating, learning, and creative thinking. After spending three years with the River Falls School District, I made the bittersweet decision to change career paths and put all my focus into my creative career as an artist.
Since 2023, I have begun a new journey and relocated my life to Fort Myers, FL to work as an Art Consultant. In addition to painting and drawing, I have the privilege of helping clients through the process of choosing artwork to decorate their homes. Being able to work closely with other artists from around the world, designers, and art galleries in this role has opened a new door of inspiration in my creative process.
I often discover inspiration in my life experiences and the people around me as they impact my life in beautiful ways. I always have the enthusiasm to explore creative possibilities and enjoy challenging myself to get outside of my comfort zone. This allows my passion for art to be a constant source of growth and excitement.
